David J. Sterner, 40, of Red Hill, died April 12, 2018, in Allentown.

Born in Reading, he was a son of George K. Sterner, of Bechtelsville; and Linda D. (Dodson) Wojciechowski, wife of Gerald Wojciechowski, of Macungie.

He attended Boyertown School District and Lehigh Carbon Community College. He was formerly employed by Green Shadow Tree Service, Hellertown, as a tree trimmer.

He is survived by his parents; brothers, Drew and his wife Karen Deluca, of North Coventry, and Jonathan and his wife Karen, of Barto; sisters, Laurie and her husband Eric Flenner, of Los Angeles, Katie and her husband Eric Renner, of Hawley, Minn., and Leah, of Bechtelsville, daughter of Antje Fryer; four nephews and a niece.
