Marie A. Bloom, 77, of Schnecksville, died March 24, 2018, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Center, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of James D. Bloom for 59 years.

Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Margaret (Strisovsky) Seyer Sr.

She was a fitter for Cross Country Clothes, Northampton, for 32 years before she retired.

She was a member of both the Slatington and Walnutport senior clubs.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, James D. Jr. and his wife Susan of Schnecksville and Donald J. and his wife Pam of Allentown; a daughter, Tina M. and her husband Robert Serafin of Slatington; a brother, Charles Seyer Jr. of Ewa Beach, Oahu, Hawaii; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a sister, Carol Ann Christman.
