Coplay Borough Office and Public Works Department will be closed March 30 in observance of Good Friday.

March 30 is the deadline to apply for lifeguard, pool manager and part-time work positions in the borough. Apply at the municipal building, 98 S. Fourth St.

St. John’s Lutheran Church, 18 S. Third St., will hold an Easter egg hunt 10 a.m. March 31. A party will follow.

A congregational breakfast is planned for 8:45-10 a.m. April 1.

The annual egg hunt hosted by Coplay Recreation and Welfare will be held 1 p.m. March 31. The rain date is April 2.

The egg hunt is held on the grounds of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, 4 S. Fifth St.

There will be approximately 1,000 plastic eggs filled with jelly beans and prizes for each group, ages 1 through 8.

Roger Rabbit will be available for photos.

The municipal complex committee will meet 6:30 p.m. April 5 in council chambers at the municipal building, 98 S. Fourth St.
