Catasauqua Garden Club springs into action with its first meeting of the season, to be held 1 p.m. April 4 at Slovak Center Social Club, 1233 Fifth St., North Catasauqua.
Lynn Dautrich, a Pennsylvania master gardener, will discuss transitioning to organic gardening. Dautrich will highlight many of the benefits and challenges of organic gardening and will share some of his experiences of gardening in the great white north.
Horticultural and artistic exhibits should be in place early, so the presentation can start on time.
Garden-friendly, as well as merely inquisitive, visitors are welcome to share in the learning and garden fun.
