Maryann T. Ruch, 81, of Coplay, died March 8, 2018, at her home. She was the wife of the late Paul Ruch Sr.

Born in Coplay, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Bertha (Pammer) Betz.

She graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1954.

She worked as a nurse for Gracedale Nursing Home for 30 years, retiring in 1998. Before that she worked for Cedarbrook Nursing Home.

She was a member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, Coplay, and the Altar Rose Society.

She is survived by two sons, Paul L. Jr. and his wife Christine of Coplay and David and his wife Cynthia of Hunlock Creek; a daughter, Brenda and her husband Thomas Hrabovsky of Bath; two stepdaughters, Penny and Debbie; two brothers, Frank Betz and his companion Nancy and Raymond and his wife Sandra Betz; two sisters, Patricia and her husband Joseph Sommer and Margaret Yadush; seven grandchildren, Brittany, Helena, Lucy, Melissa, Adam, Joey and Julie; and five great-grandchildren, Maddisyn, Greyson, Brooke, Mason and Skyler.

She was predeceased by a stepdaughter, Lori.
