Members of Salisbury High School’s Literary Club and Key Club traveled to both elementary schools to read books to the students to kick off their annual Cops ‘n’ Kids event March 2 and 5.
Every year students from both elementary schools collect books to donate to Cops ‘n’ Kids. Cops ‘n’ Kids collects books throughout the Lehigh Valley to provide books to children in need. If you have any gently used children’s books, a donation at one of the elementary schools to support Cops ‘n’ Kids would be greatly appreciated.
Congratulations to the SHS swimming team for their success at Districts. Sarah Bobeck earned first place in the 50 free and in the 500 free. The girls relay team, which included Kerry Seiler, Madaket Chassard, Maddy Jewell and Sarah Bobeck also placed first in the 400 relay.
