James William Hartman, 61, of Bethlehem, died Feb. 24, 2018. Born in Kansas, he was a son of the late Lester Hartman and of Deanna (Dervin) Mazzoni and her husband Arnold of Phillipsburg, N.J. He was the husband of Donna Andrea (Panick) Hartman for 35 years.

He was a Lafayette College graduate.

He recently retired from Merchant’s Bank, where he was a senior vice president and a senior commercial lender. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Andrew Hartman of Florida; two brothers, Steven Hartman of Bethlehem and Gregory Hartman and his wife Pamela of Bangor; nieces; nephews; and extended family.
