Whitehall-Coplay Hunger Initiative is planning a cash bingo March 11.

Doors open 1 p.m., and calling begins 2 p.m., at Commitment to Family & Community, 165 Cherry St.

There will be cash drawings as well as food and baked goods for sale. Specials may be purchased for extra games.

Coplay Recreation & Welfare Association’s food bank will be open 8:30-10:30 a.m. March 13 at the municipal building.

Coplay’s 150th anniversary committee will meet 7 p.m. March 15 in council chambers.

The committee will soon start finalizing plans and events. If your club, organization or civic group has not yet attended a meeting, stop by to be a part of the celebration. It will soon be too late to participate in this once-in-a-lifetime event.

The American Club of Coplay will be moving the start of its annual egg hunt from noon to 10 a.m. March 24 due to the Saquon Barkley Day parade scheduled for noon.

The Borough of Coplay welcomes Max and Company hair and health studio to the community. It is located at 60 N. Third St., the previous home of A Cut in Time.
