George S. Lane Jr., 59, of Bath, died Feb. 12, 2018, in the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia. He was the husband of Caron M. (Billman) Lane for 28 years.

Born in Plainfield, N.J., he was a son of George S. Sr. and Margaret Elizabeth (Anderson) Lane.

He was a 1977 Parkland High School graduate. He was an Allentown Business School graduate.

He worked for Gardner Cryogenics, a division of APCI, for 27 years.

He was a volunteer firefighter for both Woodlawn and Greenawalds fire companies. He played in the dart league for 20 years at Woodlawn Fire Company.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by a son, Scott; a grandson, Dylan; two brothers, John and his wife Carol and Christopher and his wife Melissa; three sisters, Margaret Lane, Catherine Sames and Jennifer and her husband Thomas Branham; nieces; and nephews.
