Ronald “Rocky” S. Bedics Jr., 54, of Whitehall, died Feb. 5, 2018, at St. Luke’s Hospital and Health Network, Bethlehem.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of Ronald S. Sr. and the late Marie A. (Roth) Bedics.

He was a Whitehall High School graduate.

He was an independent contractor for TJZ Construction, Emmaus, for 10 years.

He was a member of the PMC and the PFIW.

In addition to his father and companion Barbara English, he is survived by two daughters, Stephanie A. and her husband Max Buendia and Cassandra M., all of Allentown; four sisters, Tracey L. and her husband Michael Stratz of Mertztown, Tammy L. Leadbetter of Whitehall, Terry L. Bedics of Bethlehem and Tina L. and her husband Chris Talianek of Coplay; two nieces, Angela and Danelle; and three nephews, Justin, Eric and Robert.
