In the 400 block of Bridge Street, police sought vehicle repossession information.

A dead deer in the 200 block of North 14th Street was reported.

A sinkhole on Faith Drive was reported to police. Public works was notified.

At V M Installations Corporation, 610 Front St., an officer stood by while a former employee retrieved paperwork.

Tires were dumped in the 200 block of Lehigh Street.

In the 100 block of Howertown Road, a streetlight was out. PPL was notified.

A person sleeping in a building on Front Street was reported to the department.

Harassment via social media in the 600 block of Pine Street brought out police to investigate.

Officers assisted a citizen in the 600 block of Limestone Street. Police also sought information regarding an abandoned vehicle.

An abandoned vehicle was tagged and moved in the 600 block of 14th Street.

In the 900 block of Lenape Circle, police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle.

An abandoned vehicle in the 100 block of Walnut Street was tagged; the plate was also seized.

In the 200 block of Walnut Street, an abandoned vehicle was tagged.

Officers checked on a building, which officers found to be secure, in the 200 block of Front Street.

At Silver Manor, 2 Front St., police assisted the fire department.

On Fifth Street, police investigated a report of a hit and run.

In the 600 block of South 14th Street, police investigated an animal complaint for dogs at large.

Police responded to a report of loose dogs in the 700 block of Faith Drive. The owner, a 19-year-old male, of Catasauqua, was cited.

Members of the department responded to a report of a fire in the 500 block of Fourth Street. Police said there was a bad battery in the smoke detector.

A vehicle was keyed in the 100 block of South Front Street.

A lost wallet in the 300 block of Church Street was reported.

A hit and run occurred in the 200 block of Walnut Street. A vehicle was struck, and the offending vehicle was located.

At Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., a dispute over child custody occurred.

In the 700 block of Bethlehem Road, police sought vehicle repossession information.

Police investigated a fraud case in the 600 block of Front Street.

A reportable motor vehicle accident occurred in the 300 block of Lehigh Street.

At Apartments for the Elderly, 118 Bridge St., suspicious activity brought police to the scene.

The theft of money occurred at Apartments for the Elderly, 118 Bridge St.

In the 300 block of Church Street, a vehicle was keyed.

Officers assisted a citizen in the 100 block of Bridge Street with a landlord issue.

The theft of a phone, which was recovered, occurred in the 400 block of Front Street.

A burglary occurred in the 500 block of Race Street. Police said the investigation is continuing.

A vehicle was stopped in the 100 block of Bridge Street. It was towed, and the tag was seized.

JAN. 26

On Lehigh Street, police responded to a report of a fraud. The investigation is continuing, the department said.

A noise complaint on American Street was reported. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.

No-parking signs were issued in the 800 block of Race Street.

At Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., an officer stood by while a person retrieved items.

In the 100 block of Front Street, a vehicle was checked and found to be secure.

At Catasauqua American Legion, 330 Second St., an alarm was set off by artificial smoke.

JAN. 28

In the 100 block of Bridge Street, police sought information on civil issues.

Members of the department sought protection-from-abuse information in the 700 block of Limestone Street.

A vehicle was damaged in the 300 block of Union Street, police said.

Suspicious activity in the 700 block of Second Street occurred. The report said a note was left on a vehicle.

JAN. 29

In the 100 block of Walnut Street, an abandoned vehicle was tagged.

An abandoned vehicle was tagged in the 100 block of Chapel Street.

Officers assisted a citizen in the 100 block of Howertown Road. Information was relayed, and the person was OK, police said.

Construction equipment was damaged in the 400 block of Front Street.

On Walnut Street, officers investigated a report of suspicious activity. The vehicle was gone upon arrival.

A juvenile was reported missing at Innovative Arts Academy Charter School, 330 Howertown Road. The individual was located, the department said.

In the 100 block of Second Street, police responded to a fire. Plastic was placed on the stove, the report said.

In the 900 block of Lenape Circle, officers investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle, which was gone upon officers’ arrival.

A dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend in the 500 block of Pine Street brought out police.

At Lehigh Valley Acupuncture Centre, 101 Bridge St., a fraud case occurred. An investigation is continuing.

An OnStar activation occurred on West Race Street. All was OK, police said.

In the 200 block of Poplar Street, a person sleeping in a vehicle was reported to police.

The theft of money and sneakers took place in the 200 block of Second Street.

In the 200 block of Second Street, officers sought information regarding parking.

A suspicious person in the 600 block of South 14th Street was reported. The department said officers were unable to locate the solicitor.

A dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend occurred in the 300 block of Walnut Street.

JAN. 31

Police responded to a report of a disabled vehicle, which ran out of gas, in the 600 block of St. John Street.

At Apartments for the Elderly, 118 Bridge St., the theft of headphones occurred.

In the 600 block of Limestone Street, officers conducted a security check.

A disabled vehicle was moved in the 100 block of Main Street.

On Fifth Street, officers investigated suspicious activity.

A hit and run occurred in the 500 block of Pearl Street. A white Chevrolet pickup truck was reported.

On Lehigh Street, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation was notified for a hazardous condition.

The theft of a delivered package in the 300 block of Church Street was reported to police.

In the 200 block of Edward Lane, suspicious activity brought out police. The report said the solicitors were permitted.

Members of the department assisted a citizen at Apartments for the Elderly, 118 Bridge St., with an elevator problem. Lehigh Valley Housing Authority was notified.

On Second Street, officers responded to an animal complaint. The dog was not able to be located.

On Race Street, police investigated a parking complaint. The vehicle was gone upon arrival.

On Cambridge Place, a dispute between a mother and daughter occurred.

In the 800 block of Poplar Street, harassment via a suspicious phone took place.

No-parking signs were issued in the 300 block of Church Street.

In the 200 block of Pine Street, a vehicle was stopped. The driver was cited, and the license was seized, police said.

At Bridge Street Family Restaurant, 215 Bridge St., a vehicle was parked on private property.

An alarm sounded in the 800 block of Church Street. The home was secure.

A dog was reported missing in the 500 block of Race Street.

Suspicious activity in the 200 block of Peach Street was reported. The investigation is continuing, police said.

A fire in the 400 block of Race Street was reported.

In the 500 block of Pine Street, officers helped a citizen to retrieve medication.

The window of a truck was damaged in the 600 block of Third Street.

On Lehigh Street, PennDOT was notified of a hazardous condition.

In the 200 block of North 12th Street, a person yelling brought police to the scene. The individual agreed to quiet down.

In the 200 block of Wood Street, a parking complaint brought out officers to investigate. The vehicle was gone upon arrival.
