Arthur E. Phelps, 74, of Wescosville, died peacefully Feb. 10, 2018, surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Jean (Rabik) for 45 years. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Arthur and Helen (Huk) Phelps.

He is survived by his wife; children, Bryan, Kevin and his wife Farrah and Lori and her husband John Hertzog; grandchildren, Liam, Brittany, Brendan and Gavin; great-granddaughter, Melanie.

A viewing will be held 9:30 a.m. until time of service 10:30 a.m. Feb. 16, both at St. Paul Antiochian Orthodox Church, 156 Main St., Emmaus. Arrangements were made by the Weber Funeral Homes, Allentown.
