Robert S. Marlatt, 83, of Northampton, died Jan. 24, 2018, at his home. He was the husband of Bonnie S. (Breinig) Marlatt.

He was a son of the late Robert and Miriam (Hughes) Marlatt.

He retired in 1997 from the former Allentown State Hospital.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by six sons, Richard, Gregory, Timothy, Robert (Chris), Jarred and Tyler; two daughters, Stephany Wechsler and Victoria Marlatt; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
