Northampton Recreation Center, 1 Lerchenmiller Drive, will hold a valentine dance for fourth- and fifth-grade students 6:30-8:30 p.m. Feb. 10.

Northampton Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4714, 1204 Main St., will hold a valentine dance with DJ Flip 7:30-10:30 p.m. Feb. 10. Tickets are on sale at the post.

The VFW will host button box and polka entertainment 7:30-10:30 p.m. Feb. 9 and 16.

Karaoke with Crazy K is scheduled 10 p.m.-1 a.m. Feb. 23.

The monthly meeting of Quota Club of Northampton will be held Feb. 12 at Northampton Banquet & Event Center, 1601 Laubach Ave.

Dinner begins 6:30 p.m., followed by a presentation by Bob Rapp, of Lehigh Valley Hospital, who will discuss street medicine.

There is a cost for the dinner. The public is invited to attend.

St. John’s Friendly Fifties will meet 1 p.m. Feb. 12 in the church’s social hall, 1343 Newport Ave. Guitarist Bill Fye will entertain.

If Northampton schools have an early dismissal, late start or a cancellation, there will be no meeting.

Northampton AARP Chapter 3915 will meet Feb. 14 at Northampton Banquet & Event Center. Doors open 11 a.m.

Entertainment will be provided. Those planning to attend are asked to bring a baked good.

If schools are closed due to bad weather, there will be no meeting.

Holy Trinity Nursery School, 1235 Main St., is registering for the 2018-19 school year.

The 2-year-old playgroup class meets 9:30-11 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. Class size is limited to 12 children. Children do not need to be toilet trained for this class.

The 3-year-old class meets 9-11:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. Class size is limited to 16 children. Children need to be toilet trained for this class.

The 4-year-old class meets 12:15-2:45 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Class size is limited to 16 children. Children need to be toilet trained for this class.

Children must turn the appropriate age for the class by Sept. 1.
