Learn more about the art of guitar building and Luthier certification during free information sessions at Northampton Community College’s Fab Lab. Choose from three session dates offered 6 p.m. March 7, April 4 and May 2 at Fowler Family Southside Center, 511 E. Third St., Bethlehem.

During the two-hour session, Jeffrey Boerner, Fab Lab director and Luthier, will discuss the certification program in detail, show you the guitars you will build, give you a tour of the Fab Lab and review the cost associated with the certification.

The Fab Lab offers resources ranging from metalworking, woodshop, 3-D printing, laser cutting, audio engineering, guitar-making, robotics and more.
