Lois B. Miller, 84, of Whitehall, died Jan. 30, 2018, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Stanley L. Miller.

Born in Tamaqua, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Lillian (Rhubright) Bitsko.

She worked for the State Theatre, Easton, for two years until she retired in 1996. Before the State Theatre, she was an executive secretary of Ingersoll-Rand, Allentown, for 20 years and earlier for the president of the former Hess’s Department Store, Allentown, for 18 years.

She was a member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Whitehall.

She was a member of the former Percy Brown Dinner Theatre, Shepherd of the Hills Dinner Theatre, Civic Little Theatre and the Bethlehem Playhouse and traveled with “Tina’s and Tony’s Wedding,” which started at the State Theatre. She was a past president of the Muhlenberg College Opera Workshop.

She is survived by two sons, Martin S. and his wife Tracy of North Wales and Christopher S. and his wife Kimberly of Emmaus; a daughter, Kimberly S. Nicholson and her husband Charles Herse of Whitehall; a sister, Lillian Boyle of Tamaqua; 12 grandchildren, Alexandra, Meg, Ryan, Stephanie, Jordan, Lisa, Douglas, Ashley, Nora, Emily, Jennifer and Justine; and 10 great-grandchildren.
