Terrance Ramnarine, 27, of Catasauqua, was pronounced dead 2:58 a.m. Jan. 31 at the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 800 block of East Susquehanna Street, Salisbury Township.

Deputy Coroner Cassandra Schiffner was called to the scene of the accident. According to the coroner’s office, an autopsy was performed Jan. 31; the cause of death is attributed to injuries sustained from the motor vehicle accident.

The manner of death was ruled accident.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, the incident occurred at approximately 2 a.m. in the 800 block of East Susquehanna Street, Salisbury Township. Ramnarine was a passenger of a motor vehicle, which struck a wall.

The Lehigh County Coroner’s office and Pennsylvania State Police are conducting the investigation, with the assistance of the Lehigh County District Attorney’s office.
