Student gets college honor

Emily Hoff, 19, of Bethlehem, has been named a university scholar. The business administration major earned a cumulative grade point average of 3.75 in full-time study for the past two semesters or equivalent credit hours of part-time study to qualify for the honor.

Student on honors list at Pomfret School

Trina Madziwa ’2020, of Bethlehem, was named to the fall 2017 Head of School Scholar Honors List at the Pomfret School, Connecticut. To be included, she earned a grade point average of at least 4.00 and received no grade lower than an A-.

Grezzo co-organizer of science day

Laura Grezzo of Bethlehem, a second-year medical student at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine, helped to organize the school’s first Super Science Saturday for Girls.

The upcoming Feb. 10 event at the School of Medicine will provide visibility and engagement with women in the fields of medicine, healthcare, public health and the sciences for seventh and eighth grade students .
