Bath: Needlecrafters group meets Jan. 19

Emmanuel’s Lutheran Church, 3175 Valley View Drive, will again be starting its Needle- crafters group, which meets in the mornings of the third Friday of the month. The first meeting will be 10 a.m. Jan. 19.

Do you knit, crochet, cross stitch or embroider? Then this group is for you!

The Bath museum, located in the Bath Borough building at Penn and Washington streets, will be open to the public 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Jan. 20.

The Governor Wolf Historical Society museum, 6600 Jacksonville Road, will be open to the public 1-3 p.m. Jan. 20.

Tours of the society’s campus will be offered.

St. John’s Lutheran Church, 206 E. Main St., will be having a soup and sandwich luncheon fundraiser 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Jan. 21.

There will be soups and beef and turkey barbecue, as well as baked goods for sale.

A freewill offering will be taken.

In case of inclement weather, the luncheon will be held Jan. 28.

Chapman’s Quarries United Methodist Church, 1433 Main St., will be having a soup tasting and bake sale 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Jan. 27. There will be 11 different soups for sale.

The snow date is Feb. 3.
