Judgment

Do not sit in judgment when new people you do meet.

Simply extend your hand to them and smile as you greet.

You do not know this person; do not judge them by their clothes.

They may be the sweetest one you’ll ever meet, who knows?

You should not judge a person by the color of their skin.

You need to get to know them first, and know them from within.

You should not judge a person by their body size, for sure!

You do not know their circumstance or what they must endure.

If one is short or tall, or fat or thin, it matters not to me.

It’s what’s inside their heart that tells me what I should see.

To judge someone you do not know, simply by how they look.

Is very immature because, it’s like judging a book …

That you have never read!

Say hello, how are you? And let it go at that,

Until you meet again someday, and have a chance to chat.

Once you get to know someone, and know what they’re about,

Then you have the right to share, and let your feelings out.

But if you are not keen on them, do not show fear and dread;

Simply walk away from them; it’s better off unsaid!
