Robert C. “Chris” Lawyer, 59, of Alburtis, died Jan. 3, 2018, in his home. He was the husband of Denise (Long) Lawyer. Born in Allentown, he was the son of Martha (Heliger) Lawyer, of Florida and the late Robert C. Lawyer Sr.

He was employed by Canns-Bilco in Alburtis.

He was an avid remote control car racer and loved iRacing on-line.

He is survived by his mother; wife; son, Zachery and fiancee Tina Schmoyer, of Emmaus; daughter, Chrisdee, of Whitehall; sister, Becky Cowell; brother, Jason; granddaughters, Amy Pruett and Alexis. He was predeceased by a brother, Brian.

Services will be held 10 a.m. Jan. 10 in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden St., Bethlehem. Calling hour 9 to 10 a.m. Jan. 10 in the funeral home.
