Animals are available for adoption at the Center for Animal Health & Welfare no-kill shelter, 1165 Island Park Road, Easton. Roscoe is a 1-year-old terrier who unfortunately lost his leg due to avascular necrosis. Having three legs doesn't bother him a bit because he loves to play. He can be a bit rude with the other dogs and needs work on his manners.
