Lillian E. (Snyder) Faust, 94, of Whitehall, died Dec. 24, 2017, at Whitehall Manor. She was the wife of the late Charles “Jake” H. Faust for 74 years.

Born in Stiles, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Helen (Zerfass) Snyder.

She was a 1941 graduate of Whitehall High School and a graduate of the Joyce Art School of Beauty Culture, Allentown.

She was a layout operator for Western Electric and Lucent for many years until she retired. She was a licensed beautician.

She was a member of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Whitehall, where she taught Sunday school and was a member of the Altar Guild and the adult Sunday school. She was also a greeter and financial secretary.

She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.

She is survived by a daughter, Bonnie and her husband David Worman of Whitehall; a son, Charles H. and his wife K. Yen of Texas; a grandson, David and his wife Colleen Worman; two great-granddaughters, Tracy and Lauryn; and extended family.

She was predeceased by a sister, Lorraine Smith; and four brothers, Albert, Raymond, Clarence and Ralph Snyder Jr.
