Catherine Holena, 94, of Northampton, died Dec. 18, 2017, in her home. She was the wife of the late Joseph J. Holena for 56 years.

Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Maria (Rybacky) Prosak.

She was a seamstress at Universal Pants Factory for many years.

She was a member of Assumption BVM Roman Catholic Church, Northampton, and was a former member of St. Lawrence the Martyr Roman Catholic Church and its altar and rosary society.

She is survived by four daughters, Anne Marie of Allentown, Regina and her husband Thomas Krause of Northampton, Donna and her husband Gregg Chromiak of North Catasauqua and Mary Ann Bond of Catasauqua; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
