A 22-year-old driver, of Macungie, is accused of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, including marijuana oil, heroin and associated paraphernalia after a traffic stop along Interstate 78 at mile marker 58.7, Salisbury Township, 11:30 a.m. Dec. 12, according to police.
