Bonnie Dams, 74, of Emmaus, died peacefully in her sleep Dec. 7, 2017. She was the wife of the late Dale Arthur Dams. Born in Grand Haven, Mich., she was the daughter of the late Clyde Zietlow and Cornelia Bol.

She worked at Rodale and Air Products, but her favorite job, by far, was running the preschool at First Presbyterian Church, Allentown. She was a tireless supporter of her son’s athletic teams and managed the Emmaus Fire Company concession stand with an unbridled enthusiasm.

She is survived by sons, Scott, Eric and David; grandchildren, Charlotte, Eleanor and Ada; daughters-in-law Michelle (Rice) and Sarah (Hickey); sister, Ruth Cheney. She was predeceased by sister, Mary Noor and brother, James Zietlow.

Donations may be made in her memory to The Sanctuary at Haafsville, 901 Nestle Way, Breinigsville, 18031.
