Don’t forget the library has many e-books and audio books available through the Overdrive system. If you are a resident of the borough and have a Coplay library card, all you will need to do is contact us for your password. Then you can begin downloading items to your Nooks, Kindles, tablets or computers. There are never any late fees for these items, and you don’t have to leave the comfort of your house to enjoy them.
In addition to Overdrive, you can check out magazines on our Zinio platform. Check for legal forms on Law Depot, and read up on car repairs at Chilton. Simply go to the library website, coplaypubliclibrary.org, and check the “Online Resources” page.

Don’t have a library card but want one? No problem! We will give first-time cards to any resident of Whitehall-Coplay School District free of charge (children need to be age 5).
Just stop by the library with a valid ID, and in a matter of minutes, you will have access to a vast world of knowledge and fun.

Our next book sale isn’t until April, but we welcome book donations all year. We cannot accept VHS tapes, textbooks, encyclopedias, Reader’s Digest condensed books or any materials that are dirty, torn or damaged by mildew or smoke. All donations are tax-deductible.
Donations may be dropped off during our open hours - call or check the website if you’re not sure.
For your safety, do not put books in the book drop box that is outside the library.

The Borough of Coplay will celebrate its 150th anniversary in 2019, and we will be collecting memorabilia to display throughout the entire year.
If you would like to loan any items to the library for the entire community to enjoy, please stop in and talk to a staff member.
