Ray Patrick Miller, 85, of Emmaus, died Nov. 24, 2017, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Bernice C. (Butz) Miller. Born in Emmaus, he was the son of the late Harry Luther and Elsie Rebecca (Hertzog) Miller.

He was an insurance agent with The Prudential Insurance Co.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy, having served during the Korean War.

He was a lifetime member of Bethel Bible Fellowship Church.

He is survived by his wife; son, Roderick P. and his wife Marie; daughters, Roxanne P. and her husband Alfred Palmer III and Rosemary L. and her husband Barry Plarr; grandchildren, Stephanie, Lisa, Alfred IV, Kimberly, Zachary and Katelyn.

Services will be held noon Nov. 29 at the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 225 Elm St., Emmaus. A viewing will be held 11 a.m. to noon at the funeral home.
