Giuseppa Balletta, 92, of Whitehall, died Nov. 15, 2017, in Lehigh Valley Hospice. She was the wife of the late Pietro Balletta for 48 years.

Born in Teano, Italy, she was a daughter of the late Luigi and Letizia (DeSpirito) Gaeta.

She was a hand seamstress for Phoenix Clothes, then Greif Company until retiring.

She was a member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church.

She is survived by three children, Angela La Neve, Angelo and his wife Maria and Giacomo “Jim” and his wife Vanda, all of Whitehall; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a sister, Gina Gaeta in Italy.

She was predeceased by four brothers; and a son-in-law, Natale S. La Neve.
