Carol A. Murphy, 76, of North Catasauqua, died Nov. 12, 2017. She was the wife of Joseph D. Murphy for 44 years.

Born in Nazareth, she was a daughter of the late James P. and Viola (Wieant) Brown.

She was Liberty High School graduate.

She was the owner of Preportion Fashions.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Joe J. and Hunter S.; two brothers, Richard and his wife Janet Brown and Nelson “Bruce” Brown; and three grandchildren, Cody Murphy, Brayden Irwin and Camaron Galle.

She was predeceased by two sons, Kevin and Charles Goleman.
