The Rev. Donna R. Cieply died recently.
Born in Utica, N.Y., she was a daughter of the late Edna Cieply.
She was a graduate of Maryville (Presbyterian) College, Tenn., and Andover-Newton Theological School, Mass., where she earned both a master of religious education degree and a master of divinity degree. She was ordained in August 1982.
She served Mineville and Port Henry Presbyterian churches in the Adirondacks, N.Y. She then was a chaplain and a case manager at Center City Ministries, later Victory House, Bethlehem, for 25 years.
She was a youth member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church of Utica.
She is survived by her life partner of 39 years and spouse of one year, the Rev. Nancy P. Adams; a cousin, Michael Wilson; and other cousins.
She was predeceased by an aunt, Edith Wilson.
There will be a service 2 p.m. Nov. 17 at Trinity Episcopal Church, 44 E. Market St., Bethlehem, 18018, followed by interment in the church memorial garden and a reception in the church.
Contributions may be made to the soup kitchen at Trinity Episcopal Church.
