Estelle L. Shedlauskas, 89, formerly of Whitehall, died Nov. 6, 2017, at her residence at Lehigh Commons, Macungie. She was the wife of A. James Shedlauskas for 59 years.

Born in Scranton, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Lillian (Peil) Goerlitz.

She was an executive secretary to the vice president of Capital Records, Scranton.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Hokendauqua, where she sang in the choir for more than 30 years. She was a deacon and the church secretary for many years.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Karen E.; a son, James P. and his wife Robin; and two grandsons, Harry J. and Kyle A. Shedlauskas.

She was predeceased by a brother, Richard.
