Paul E. Stauffer, 71, of Macungie, died Nov. 2, 2017, in Lehigh Valley Hospital. He was the husband of Yvonne M. (Baiocco) Stauffer. They were married for 28 years. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Viola (Schwartz) and Paul E. Stauffer Sr.
He worked in logistics at Knoll Manufacturing for 28 years, retiring in 2011. Previously, he worked for Mack Trucks.
He honorably served his country in the Navy during Vietnam.
He coached Emmaus Junior Legion baseball for 38 years.
He was a big sports fan, passionate Yankees and Penn State fan, supported Emmaus sports, and was going to be inducted into the American Legion Hall of Fame before his untimely death. Family was also very important to him.
He is survived by his wife; son, Sean; stepson, John; stepdaughter, Heather; brother, Roy; sisters, Diane and Joanne; five grandchildren.
