Governor Wolf Historical Society will hold its monthly meeting 7 p.m. Nov. 14 at the GWHS campus, 6600 Jacksonville Road. The public is welcome.

The Bath museum, located in the borough building at Penn and Washington streets, will be open 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Nov. 18.

The annual congregational meeting of Emmanuel’s Lutheran Church, 3175 Valley View Drive, will be held Nov. 19.

That day only, there will be both a traditional and contemporary service, both 9:30 a.m. Brunch will be held 10:45 a.m., and the meeting will follow. The agenda includes approval of last year’s minutes, election of new council persons, reports by the new congregational life and approval of next year’s budget.

During November, Emmanuel’s Lutheran Church will help the Bath Area Food Bank by collecting cookies and canned pasta (i.e., SpaghettiOs, spaghetti and meatballs, ravioli, etc.).

There is also a special need for feminine hygiene products, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste and men’s Depends (size small).

As the weather gets colder, the food bank will be accepting donations of new or like-new, very gently worn winter coats of all sizes for adults and children.
