Jennifer Marie Hamscher, 47, of Emmaus, and formerly of Las Vegas and California, died Oct. 20, 2017, in Lehigh Valley Hospital. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Gerald “Russ” and Sylvia (Molotzak) Hamscher.
She was a gentle soul, full of laughter and kindness, with a tremendous heart who loved her family and life by her own rules.
She is survived by a cousin, Laura, and her husband Steve Mamay, and their children, Sierra, Hannah, Stephen and Christopher; second parents, Richard and Carole Peters; two brothers, Bruce and his wife Janice and Joel; adopted aunt and uncle, Eileen and Mark Flisak; four nieces, Amy and her husband Jake, Janelle and her friend Dave, Sarah and Morgan; three nephews, Daniel and his fiancée Christine, Eric and Jared; three great-nieces, Veona, Athena and Skylar; a sister-in-law, Carolyn Hamscher; friend, Tamara and her daughter, Montana; aunts; uncles; and cousins.
She was predeceased by a brother, Mark; and her grandparents, George and Elsie Molotzak and Russell and Irene Hamscher.
There will be a memorial and celebration June 30, 2018, for all of her family and friends at the home of Laura and Steve Mamay.
