To the Editor:

I am writing as a Democrat to encourage everyone to vote for Brad Osborne as the next Lehigh County executive.

As a lifelong resident of Lehigh County and most of my life in South Whitehall, I have never met a “politician” with more integrity, class and civility.

Brad has paid his dues as a South Whitehall Township commissioner as well as a Lehigh County commissioner and is ready, willing and able to lead.

An even better person than a politician, Brad recently became a sounding board for my recently passed brother, Raymond, at Cedarbrook.

Raymond just wanted someone to listen to his concerns at Cedarbrook.

Brad took time on a Sunday afternoon to sit down with him and my son to hear him out and make some quality suggestions for making his time there more enjoyable.

Sadly, my brother passed away a month and a half later but Brad was able to make those final days the best possible ones.

Brad is the type of person we want to serve us. He is a uniter and doesn’t let the noise of bipartisan bickering cloud his judgment.

Brad is a straight talker, never afraid to make hard decisions across political “land mines” when those decisions are best for the constituents.

He has been elected to serve either in a township or Lehigh County as a whole regardless of political affiliation.

I encourage everyone to vote Brad Osborne for Lehigh County executive on Nov. 7.
