Frank J. Klucsarits
Frank “Lefty” J. Klucsarits, 83, of Whitehall and Northampton, died Sept. 13, 2017. He was the husband of the late Penelope “Penny” (Kosits) Klucsarits for 39 years.
He was a son of the late Frank R. and Theresa (Kroboth) Klucsarits.
He was a 1952 graduate of Coplay High School.
He was a millwright at Giant Cement, Dragon, and had retired from Hercules Cement after a lifetime of service.
He was a member of Hokendauqua and Fullerton American Legion posts, Fullerton Fire Company No. 1, West Coplay Maennerchor (where he bowled) and Coplay Saengerbund.
He was a lifetime member of the Isaak Walton Sportsman Club.
He was a longtime youth football and baseball coach for Hokendauqua Athletic Association.
He is survived by a daughter, Ann P. and her husband Thomas Gross of Schnecksville; a son, Frank “Butch” J. and his wife Michele of Danielsville; eight grandchildren, Christopher and his wife Kirsten Gross, Joshua and his wife Elyse Gross, Kimberly and her husband Mark Bentz, Eric Gross and his fiancé Dominique, Bradley, Autumn, Taylor and Tyler Klucsarits; five great-grandchildren, Alexis, Connor, Owen, Luke and Ryan; three sisters, Julia Barna, Celia Wechsler and Helen and her husband Lawrence Gutleber; three brothers, John and his wife Kathy, Charles and his wife Jackie and Richard and his wife Judy; a sister-in-law, Assunta Klucsarits; companion, Shirley Scotta; nieces; nephews; and extended family.
He was predeceased by four sisters, Rose and her husband Edward Betz, Theresa and her husband George Miskowski, Marie and her husband Alfred Keppel and Barbara Klucsarits; a brother, Joseph Klucsarits; and two brothers-in-law, Paul Barna and Robert Wechsler.
