Favorite Poem Project

The Favorite Poem Project of Bethlehem is partnering again this year with Bethlehem Area School District to bring the community together for the FPPB public reading event. Fall Festival mini-thon and gift cards

BASD will host a fall festival mini-thon Four Diamonds benefit from 4 to 8 p.m. on Oct. 22 in the Freedom HS auxiliary gym and baseball field.

The BASD is now selling credit card style discount cards for use at various restaurants and businesses. Included is access to an online database of cross country restaurants.

The cards are reuseable every day for one year. The sales benefit Mini Thon Four Diamonds program for conquering childhood cancer. Email rhandhawatk@basdschools.org for information.

Freedom’S 50th set for Oct. 15
