Wendy S. Undercuffler, 48, of Salisbury Township, died Sept. 15, 2017, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. She and her companion, Bruce M. Weaver, shared four wonderful years together. She was the former wife of Jack H. Undercuffler, with whom she raised three beautiful children. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of Trudy (Oberdoester) Chartrand and stepdaughter of C. Richard Chartrand, of Salisbury Township.

She was a 1987 graduate of Dieruff High School, Allentown and attended Kutztown University.

She worked for Verizon for 28 years and held various positions within the company.

Whether she was at the cabin, at a backyard barbecue or on the beach, she enjoyed spending time with her family. In her spare time, you could say she was a “shopaholic.”

She was a member of Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, Allentown.

In addition to her companion and parents; she is survived by children, Hailey N., Samuel J. and Madison N., all of Salisbury Township; brother, Dwayne R. Wieser and his companion Michele Hosier, of Salisbury Township; five nephews, Andrew, Evan, Grayson, Mason and Jimmy; niece, Hannah. She was predeceased by a sister, Karen L. Ehritz in 1998.

A memorial service will be held noon Sept. 23 in the K.V. Knopp Funeral Home, Inc., 46 E. Susquehanna St., Allentown, where friends and family may call from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
