Carolyn M. Godtfring, 84, of Emmaus, formerly of Dallas, Pa., died Aug. 31, 2017, at home, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Jack H. Godtfring. The couple celebrated 63 years of marriage May 22. Born in Dallas, she was the daughter of the late William and Emma (Weber) Morris.
She was a graduate of Dallas High School.
She was an active member of St. Matthew’s Evangelical Congregational Church, Emmaus, where she taught Sunday school for many years.
She was active in the community, volunteering for Meals on Wheels, the Food Bank, Last Chance Ranch and Habitat for Humanity. She was a foster parent, Girl Scout Leader and had operated a nursery school.
She was a school crossing guard at Third and Harrison streets in Emmaus for many years.
She is survived by her husband; children, Deborah and her husband Phillip Stephens, Kimberly Corral, Todd and his wife Karen, Karen and her husband Scott Misera and Lynn and her husband Andy Omiridis; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by siblings, William and Melvin Morris and Audrey Lutsey.

Services are private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were made by the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, Emmaus.
