Whitehall library: Genealogy sessions set for Sept. 16, 21
Intro to Genealogy sessions will be held 10 a.m.-noon Sept. 16 and 6-8 p.m. Sept. 21. Let us help you figure out where your family came from.
Library director Patty Vahey will show you how to use our Ancestry and Heritage Quest databases to search for records, documents and some of our research items found in the Pennsylvania collection at the library and authoritative websites.

Our third Monday open mic and jam night will be 6:30 p.m. Sept. 18. Tom Cooney and Donny Goldman will be featured.
Entertainers interested in performing three songs or a 15-minute set are asked to sign up just before 6:30 p.m. Musicians, singers, poets, comedians, actors, writers, storytellers, etc., come show off your stuff, or we also welcome you to just come and be part of the audience!

At 6 p.m. Sept. 19, come to our third Tuesday movie night - featuring “Captain Underpants.”

Our fourth Tuesday adult coloring club meets 11 a.m. Sept. 26. Anyone 18 years old and older is welcome to join us.
Can’t make the morning coloring club meeting? Join us for our fourth Wednesday adult coloring club, set for 6 p.m. Sept. 27, also for anyone 18 years old and older.
The library has some supplies but invites you to bring your own as well.

At 1 p.m. Sept. 26, we will have our What Are You Reading Now? book club meeting. The club meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month.
Patrons are invited to chat about whatever books they are reading at the moment - the ones you loved, the ones you hated and everything in between.

Interesting in beading? Come to our beading club meeting 1:30 p.m. Sept. 15. The group meets 6:30 p.m. every Monday and 1:30 p.m. every Friday.
