Josephine A. “Jo” Nolt

Josephine A. “Jo” Nolt, of Fullerton, died Sept. 1, 2017, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of Franklin E. “Frank” Nolt for 67 years. They celebrated their anniversary Aug. 26.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Joseph A. and Mabel M. (Smith) Siegfried.

She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Fullerton, and a member of the Chancel Choir.

She was a 1948 graduate of Whitehall High School.

She was co-owner of Budget Instant Print, Whitehall, for many years until retiring.

She assisted her husband, who was the longtime secretary of the Whitehall Area Chamber of Commerce and the Whitehall Exchange Club. She was a charter member and board member of the Whitehall Exchangettes.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Sherry Lee and her husband Tony Fabriziani of Maryland and Sandy Keane of Maine; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Louise Owen of Harrisburg; a sister-in-law, Sara J. Siegfried with Al Cavosi of Whitehall; nieces, nephews; and extended family. She was predeceased by a brother, Dr. Robert Siegfried, and a sister, Loretta Moyer and her husband Ernest.

Services will be held Sept. 9, at St. John’s UCC, Fullerton. Visitation in the church parlor will be 9 a.m. until service time and again at a reception following her service in Fox Hall of the church.

Arrangements were made by the Gilbert Funeral Home Inc., Whitehall.
