Jerry C. Wenner, 61, of Emmaus, died Sept. 1, 2017, in his home. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Carlton W. and Pearl K. (Batman) Wenner.

He was a graduate of Emmaus High School where he played on the football team.

He was a member of the Hunktown Flag Football Team and played for the Macungie Monarch Softball Team.

He was employed by L.M. Robins Co. in Slatington as a conveyor belt manufacturer for the last 15 years. He previously was a salesman for the family business, C.W. Wenner Sons Vacuum Cleaner & Sewing Machine Co. at the Allentown Fairgrounds.

He is survived by a son, Kyle; brothers, Barry, Jeffrey, Keith and Lee.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Sept. 9 at the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 225 Elm St., Emmaus. A visitation will be held 9:30 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home.
