Alexander James “Feran” Sostarecz, 20, died suddenly Aug. 5, 2017. Born in Fountain Hill, he was a son of Tammy Drosnock Wisk (David) and James E. Sostarecz Jr. (Nalene Hock).
He was a 2015 graduate of Emmaus High School, and was attending Penn State University, Lehigh Valley Campus, majoring in information sciences and technology, having just completed his sophomore year.
He worked several summers for the Emmaus School District as a computer tech.
He enjoyed fishing and hunting, was an avid gamer and a kind and loving soul.
He is survived by his parents; sisters, Anna Sostarecz, Erin Wisk and Erin Hock; brothers, Andrew Hock, William and Michael Wisk; maternal great-grandmother, Margaret Zigenfoos-Koch; maternal grandmothers, Nancy Lansing and Jean Drosnock; paternal grandmothers, Jo Ann Fry and Nancy Sostarecz; aunts, uncles, cousins, a nephew and many very close friends.
