It’s getting closer – the first day of school is officially less than a week away! It is bitter sweet, as I’m sure it is for most. The summer has been great but always must come to an end.
The curriculum and technology committee meeting scheduled for Aug. 28 has been canceled.
Don’t forget Aug. 28 will be an orientation day for students entering kindergarten, sixth and ninth grades.
Salisbury Middle School and Salisbury High School will dismiss 12:15 p.m. while the elementary schools will dismiss 1 p.m.
At this time, there has been no update regarding laptop pick-up.
The first full day for all students will be Aug. 29.
Harry S Truman Elementary School will have its first T-shirt day of the year Aug. 31. Let’s start the year off strong with Falcon Pride!
All Salisbury Township schools will be closed Sept. 1 and 4 in observance of the Labor Day holiday.
The next operations committee meeting is scheduled to be held 7 p.m. Sept. 6 in the administration building.
The Franko Farm drop-off site will be open 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 26 and 29.
