John J. Dancho Jr., 72, of Bethlehem Township, died Aug. 13, 2017. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late John and Margaret (Judd) Dancho. He was the husband of Sheree (Johns) Dancho for 32 years.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran having served in the Vietnam War.
He was the owner and operator of Dancho Sanitation for over 40 years. Prior to that, he was a Bethlehem police officer for two years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Tiffany and her husband David Lengyel; three brothers, Richard and his wife Joan, Raymond and Thomas; a sister, Elaine Emrick; mother-in-law, Joyce Johns; two sisters-in-law, Georgia Keim and Joyal Henritzy; a brother-in-law, Albert Johns; nieces; nephews; great-nieces; and great-nephews.
Arrangements were made by Connell Funeral Home Inc., Bethlehem.
