Northampton police responded to these and other calls recently.

AUG. 5

At Wine & Spirits Shoppe, 1910 Center St., the department received a report of a female using a fake identification card.

AUG. 6

Officer Buchanan and K-9 Officer Vito assisted Coplay police in the 600 block of Potter Terrace for the search of a male.

A male harassing a female in the 1200 block of Main Street was reported.

Criminal mischief in the 500 block of East 11th Street brought out police. The report said a legally parked vehicle was egged.

AUG. 7

Officers checked on the welfare of a male in the 1800 block of Main Street.

Suspicious activity at McKeever Lane and Buckingham Drive was reported. The department said an officer on patrol observed an illegally parked vehicle was running with a male slumped down in the driver seat. Two males also were located in the area, and a legally parked unlocked vehicle in the area had been entered.

AUG. 8

A civil matter between a male and female in the 1600 block of Railroad Street was reported.

AUG. 10

Police responded to a complaint between neighbors in the 300 block of Howertown Road.

In the 2000 block of Main Street, officers investigated a report of bank account fraud.
