Mary E. Peiffer, 82, of Hanover Township, died Aug. 11, 2017, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Bethlehem. She was the wife of Arnold W. Peiffer for 61 years.

Born in New Tripoli, she was a daughter of the late Francis and Irene (Hemerly) Klingaman.

She was a member of Bethlehem Inner City Dart Team for many years.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Dennis and his wife Lynne of Allentown and Gary of Michigan; a daughter, Janice Peiffer of Bethlehem; three brothers, Randall, George and Earl Klingaman; a sister, Violet Bryant; three grandchildren, Jason and his wife Sarah, Brandon and his fiancee Dana and Carrie; and two great-grandsons, Landon and Malcom.

She was predeceased by six sisters; two brothers; and a daughter-in-law, Cheryl.
