Seitz is Penn State award winner

Eileen Seitz, a first year teacher at Lincoln ES for the upcoming school year, recently won Penn State University’s spring 2017 Outstanding Student Teaching Award for elementary education.

The P.S.U. Class of 2017 graduate was chosen by the dean of the College of Education and the Penn State Alumni Society Board of Directors.

She was honored for having excelled in her field and for continuing to serve Penn State and the College of Education.

Paul named to ODAC

Kylie Paul of Hellertown, a student at Eastern Mennonite University, has been named to the Old Dominion Athletic Conference All-Academic Team.

Eligibility for the ODAC is open to any student-athlete who competes in a conference-sponsored sport, regardless of academic class. He or she must achieve at least a 3.25 grade point average for the year to be considered for an award.

Connors graduates from DelVal

Timothy Connors, of Bethlehem, graduated (master of arts, policy studies) from Delaware Valley University in May 2017.

Lebanon Valley selects Lopez

Jennifer Lopez, of Bethlehem, was one of 53 students named to be a Valley Ambassador for Lebanon Valley College this year. The Bethlehem Catholic HS graduate is a bachelor of science in exercise science major.

She will be leading tours of the Annville campus for prospective students and their families.
