SALISBURY POLICE
Margaret Lehrman, 51, of Orefield, was charged with suspicion of disorderly conduct following an incident at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest 7:09 a.m. July 27. Lehman allegedly was in possession of drug paraphernalia and was mailed a summons.
A health care worker at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest reported a patient had narcotics 3 p.m. July 30. It was determined the patient had not been taking the medication given - she was hoarding the pills. No charges were filed.
Juan Molina, 29, of Allentown, was given a citation for alleged disorderly conduct following a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Broadway 12:51 p.m. July 27.
John Palmieri, 41, of Allentown, was charged with alleged disorderly conduct and expired registration following a traffic stop 3:39 p.m. July 27.
A resident in the 1400 block of Graham Street reported the theft of clothing from the home 3:30 p.m. July 27.
Terrance Alford, 42, of Allentown, was charged after a traffic stop at the intersection of East Rock Road and Pike Avenue 4 p.m. July 28. Alford was given a citation for a suspended registration and driving without a license and was taken to Central Booking for processing after police determined there was an active warrant out of Hunterdon County, N.J.
A resident along Washington Avenue reported 7:30 a.m. July 28 an unknown person used a hammer to smash a light on a vehicle parked on the property.
Police received a report of males throwing rocks at passing cars from Francesco’s Ristorante & Pizzeria, 1701 E Susquehanna St., 12:18 p.m. July 30.
A resident in the 300 block of Wayne Avenue reported 10:01 p.m. July 29 an unknown person tried to get into a shed at the rear of the home. There was damage to the shed door but nothing was taken.
Police were called to the Emmaus Avenue Market, 1017 E. Emmaus Ave., 11:24 a.m. July 29 for the report of a medical emergency with a customer. Police found the customer slumped in the front seat of the vehicle unconscious. Police called EMS to respond.
A resident in the 2200 block of Bishop Road returned home 9:07 p.m. July 31 and observed five Hispanic juveniles leaving his residence on bikes. He later discovered a 24-inch Trek green bike and a grey and purple helmut - both valued at $450 missing. The garage door was open.
An employee at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest reported leaving a cell phone in a locker room and returning to find it missing 1:51 a.m. Aug. 1.
A resident in the 1400 block of Sage Street reported 6:16 p.m. Aug. 1, a relative removed $150 without permission.
A resident in the 700 block of East Tioga Street reported the attempted theft from a vehicle on the property 1:30 a.m. July 31. Police found items on the sidewalk not belonging to the victim. Nothing was reported removed from the vehicle. Three juveniles were observed near the vehicle and ran when police arrived. Two of their bikes were confiscated.
Victoria’s Secret, 3300 Lehigh St., reported the theft of clothing 7:01 p.m. July 31. Store personnel say a black female entered the store and distracted the clerk. Another black female and a black male entered the store and removed three drawers of clothing from the store. The clothing was valued at $1,400.
